The way the kitchen help at Liberty Elementary yells at the kids is just ridiculous. Please stop it.

To the person that stole that lady’s money at the hospital. Just remember, God knows who you are. You reap what you sow.
I don’t know why you still publish the weekly Web poll results or Snuffy Smith in the comics. Neither one can be read because the print is so fine. How about blowing it up a little so we can read it.

So 5 of the 7 Board of Education members voted against video-taping the BOE meetings. Every citizen in Liberty County should be demanding to know why! If a BOE member is doing what she was elected to do and behaving in a professional and ethical manner, there is no reason to keep the meetings a secret. The word “she” is deliberate as all those voting “no” were females. The school system says they want more open communication with stakeholders, but this is proof they do not.

If I acted like some of our BOE members do, I would not want to be videotaped either. The public would find out about all those members with their own personal agendas who don’t care at all about the students of Liberty County. What a shame!

Coastal Courier, can you please interview the five BOE members that voted against videotaping their meetings and share their reasons with the voting public? It really looks like they are trying to hide what they say and do. I think a recall of some BOE members is in order.
