Leos Cake Cafe cuts ribbon at new location

The Liberty County Minority Chamber hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony of Leo’s Cake Cafe at its new location Saturday.
Sabrina Newby, LCMC CEO, introduced owners Shemiel Leo and Ashley-Bria McCormick. 

Councilwoman Diana Reid opened the ceremony with prayer and Mayor Pro Tem Kenneth Shaw welcomed the cake cafe to the city of Hinesville, and offered his congratulations and welcoming words of support and encouragement. 

Leo and McCormick thanked God for making the opening happen.

Leo’s Cake Cafe, formerly known as Cake South, is known for it’s delicious sweets, and serves an array of mouthwatering cake flavors, including a new flavor every month.
