Hello friends, Tight Line here.
Not much to report this week. I did hear about a fellow catching some whiting off the hill over on Isle of Wight.
Tight Line Jr. caught some trout this week, so we took them and cut some small filets, put some real butter and bacon in a pan with a little garlic and pan fried those babies. Man, they were good.
Yellowbluff reports having live shrimp, minnows and plenty of fiddlers. So, take time to go fishing, and if you do, remember to always keep a tight line.
Tight Line Jr. here, still keeping the Dock Tour rollin'. Landed on the tour this past week or so a 23-inch spottail bass, three trout, four black drum, and two sheepshead.
Some of this catch could not have been docked without my co-captain Lu Smith.
Come out and get some fishin' tips, cold drinks, and good food at the Sunbury Crab Company and Marina, March 14 and 15 (downstairs).
So remember, keep a sharp eye and watch that cork go down.
