• Assist citizen — At 7:30 a.m., an officer went to Idus Lane, where a resident said a woman sent him a friend request on Facebook. The man reportedly said he would pay the complainant $100 for sex. The complainant said he did not want to see or hear from him again, so the man threatened to post the complainant’s nude picture on Instagram. He stopped talking to the man, and he was later told by a friend that his nude picture was on Instagram.
