The Liberty County Relay for Life took over JJ’s Bar and Grill on Saturday night complete with comedy and boxing - and some boxing that also provided its share of light moments.

Jamie Sharp’s comedy set was part of the evening, as were three boxing bouts, including a headline event between Mark “The People’s Champ” Moseley and “Jay the Barber” Boutwell.

Winners of the other bouts were Ke’Andre “Kay” Grissett and Romahn Diggins. Relay for Life has a lip sync battle scheduled for Saturday night and will have a flapjack fundraiser August 29 from 8-10 a.m. at Applebee’s.
