Long County High School had its basketball Homecoming Jan. 17, during the Pierce County game. Javonte Harris took home the title as king, while the junior prince was Xavier Stapleton, sophomore prince was Giovanni Pesina, and freshman prince was Michael Chigawa.
Harris was escorted by his mother Audrella Walcott. He is a member of the Blue Tide football team and the Future Farmers of America.
Stapleton was escorted by Adrienne Hall. He is also a member of the Blue Tide football, basketball and track teams.
Pesina was escorted by Skyla Moody. He is a member of the LCHS Health Occupations Students of America Club.
Chigawa was escorted by Gabriel Orsini. He is also a member of the Blue Tide basketball and football teams.
