The GHSA announced their new reclassified regions on Thursday.

With Liberty County and Long County both competing in the 3A classifications, they will now face each other once a year from 2022-2024 as they are now both members of Region 3-3A beginning next season.

Other teams that will compete in the region are Appling County, Pierce County, Tattnall County, and Vidalia.
