Three equestrians representing Dixie Stables in Allenhurst placed well at the 41st annual Southeastern Charity Horse Show held Sept. 19-22 at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers.
Tiffany Mobley, showing CSF Dixie Silk for owner Lynn Pace, was first place in both hunter pleasure and the hunter pleasure championship, and also took third place in adult saddle-seat equitation.
Caitlin Jarriel, riding Santa Cruz for owner Rhiannon Barreda, placed second in adult equitation and also second in the adult medal class. Jarriel and Santa Cruz were seventh in the 13 horse class saddlebred 5 gaited show pleasure stake.
Samantha Hocking, riding her horse In My Father’s Eyes, took third and fourth, respectively, in the hunter pleasure and hunter pleasure championship classes.
“I love seeing so many beautiful horses in one place, and it’s extra nice when our horses and riders perform well,” Dixie Stables owner and trainer Lynn Pace said. “We show saddlebreds, and this is an important Georgia show we attend every year.”
This is Dixie Stables 40th year of producing show riders. Riders also were scheduled to compete last Sunday at the Georgia National Fair Saddlebred Show in Perry.
