Penelope Kay-Esther Eberlein was born at 8:08 a.m. Sept. 27 to Amber Eberlein of Bronx, New York, and Henry Eberlein of Mishawaka, Indiana.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Penelope weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces and measured 19 inches.

She is welcomed by brother, Aaron Eberlein.
