Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors is sponsoring free career seminars to familiarize current and potential real estate licensees with basic information about the residential real estate profession.
The seminars will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, and at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, at the Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors office, 730 Gen. Stewart Way.
“This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career but need more information to help them make that important first step toward realizing their potential,” said George Holtzman, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors.
Among the topics that will be discussed are real estate school, license requirements and local market trends. Guest speakers from Holtzman’s team will describe a typical day in an agent’s life and also will discuss new technologies that agents are using to enhance business.
George Holtzman will answer questions about the profession, the pre-license class, which begins Feb. 17, and the online course. Sales manager Brian Maike will discuss personal growth opportunities at Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors, and the importance of branding with a local establishment.
The pre-license course is taught by three area instructors: George Holtzman; Tim Adams, broker/owner of Adams Realty; and Everett Goethe, broker/owner of American Realty & Property Management.
“We pride ourselves at Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors with giving our sales associates the highest level of support as they successfully established their careers in real estate,” Holtzman said.
