Liberty Tax Services hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting in conjunction with the Liberty County Minority Chamber of Commerce on Jan. 15, at 552 W. Oglethorpe Hwy, Suite 112, in Hinesville.

Office manager Kenya Ala said she was excited to welcome Liberty Tax Services staff members, family, friends and LCMC. She also introduced the products and services offered by the company.

“We are so excited to offer tax services to Liberty County and surrounding areas,” Ala said. “Liberty Tax is one of the fastest growing tax services in the industry. Last year, Liberty Tax prepared over two million individual income tax returns in more than 4,400 offices and online. Our kid-friendly office assists with military taxes, individual and business taxes, and our friendly, bilingual tax preparers are on hand to discuss the changes for the new year.”

Other services provided include notary services, Safelink telephones, printing and faxing. Hours are 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday.

LCMC CEO Sabrina Newby welcomed the business.
