It’s summer time, and the livin’ is easy,” as the song goes. But those fall and winter holidays — and the parties that go with them — will be here in a flash.
“Now’s the time to book those holiday parties,” Club Stewart Catering Manager Martha Jackson said, “because the November-December time frame is extremely popular and the dates available can fill up quickly.”
Club Stewart Catering offers flexible event planning for groups of 50 to 500, with an emphasis on personalized customer service.
“All of our team members have service hearts,” Jackson said. “We want to take care of our clients so they feel special. We pride ourselves on taking care of everything that possibly can be done so that they will have smiles on their faces when they arrive and when they leave.”  
Club Stewart Catering “can do anything,” she added, including unit parties, office parties, brigade parties and other events.   
While meeting all event requirements, Jackson and her staff aim to eliminate stress for those booking the parties.
“We know that there are places around town that may seem less expensive. But our specialty, aside from our delicious food, is our customer service. I try to meet their budget. If someone gives me a budget, I do my best to work with it,” Jackson said. “We have very flexible menus. Our culinary team has experience in different regions of the world, so we can be very flexible, and we can take their ideas and build them into a menu that they might not be able to get anywhere else. 
“When they come in to see us, we will work with them, talk with them and find out what they want so we can tailor the event to meet their needs and wishes,” she said. 
Club Stewart Catering offers served, plated meals for groups of 50-100 people as well as family-style and self-serve buffets for groups of 50-500.
“The family-style service is a really special program we offer and is similar to dining with your family at home,” Jackson said. 
A discount of $100 off the room rate is being offered to those who book early.

“Providing as much advance notice as possible is good for us as well as for those having the party,” Jackson said. “We can plan a party with two weeks notice, but for most people, to be sure that important aspects are not left out of the planning process and to be certain a room is available and the desired menu is possible, it is best to book early.”
