BI boys soccer 3-1; girls lose to Calvary Day

The Bradwell Institue Lady Tigers are 2-1 in soccer. The girls lost their opener against Calvary Day on Feb. 7, 8-1. On Feb. 11, they beat Woodville-Tompkins 10-2. On Feb. 13 they beat Toombs County 6-1. The girls are coached by Hannah Akin.

The Tiger boys are 3-1 after defeating Jenkins High 5-3 on Feb. 4. They lost to Calvary Day 0-1 and beat Woodville-Tompkins 3-1. They also defeated Toombs County 5-0. They are coached by Tommy Oglesby.

Both squads were scheduled to play Tattnall County yesterday. They will play at Liberty County High on Feb. 21. Girls game at 5 p.m. and the boys’ game will follow.
