Representatives from the Liberty County Tax Assessors’ office spoke at the Goldenheirs’ November meeting.
Andrea Lewis, Cheryle Reed and Jessica Smith presented tax information, followed by a question-and-answer
session.
The Goldenheirs also met Dec. 6 for a Christmas luncheon.
The group meets the first Tuesday of each month for a covered-dish luncheon and a presentation from a community representative that is of interest to seniors. President George Laseter extended an invitation to all seniors to join the group in January to begin the year in fellowship and fun.
