Golden Isles Arts and Humanities presents the Peach State Opera and its production of “Don Giovanni,” Mozart’s opera based on the legends of Don Juan, at 3 p.m. Jan. 31, to the Ritz Theatre in Brunswick.

In this blend of melodrama and the supernatural, few women can resist the handsome, charming and sensual Don Juan. But when a failed seduction leads to murder, three victims of the Don’s libido band together to bring the unrepentant nobleman to justice. This morality tale inspired composer Mozart and lyricist Lorenzo Da Ponte to create an opera that is equal parts drama and comedy.

All of Peach Sate Opera’s performances are in English and are appropriate for all ages.

Tickets for Golden Isles Arts and Humanities members are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors. Advance tickets for nonmembers are $20 for adults and $15 for seniors (65 and older).
