SAVANNAH — Betsy Harris has joined Coastal Home Care Inc. as a private-duty coordinator for Bryan, Chatham and Effingham counties.

Harris will be instrumental in scheduling direct-care staff to meet the client base’s needs, according to a news release.

She has 12 years of experience in social services, credentials in early-childhood education and psychology, and extensive experience working on behalf of families. Harris recently spent eight years in Alaska working on behalf of children and families for the state.

Based in Savannah, Coastal Home Care is a licensed home-care company that provides in-home assistance. Coastal Home Care operates in six locations throughout Georgia: Savannah, Hinesville, Brunswick, St. Mary’s, Statesboro and Barnesville.
