HINESVILLE, Ga. — The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers on Friday, April 15, at their location, 618 Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.

Jimmy Shanken, board chair of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce, welcomed those in attendance. Shanken congratulated the owners and welcomed them as new members of the Chamber family.

Shane Baldwin, director at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, spoke and thanked the community of Hinesville for welcoming them. He also mentioned some of their nearby locations in Savannah and Richmond Hill.
