High school Graduation Ceremonies 2008

Graduation ceremonies for Liberty County schools are set for next Saturday.
Those planning to attend either Liberty County High School's graduation at 8:30 a.m. or Bradwell Institute's at 8 p.m. should plan to arrive early to allow time to park, line up for a security check, and find a seat. Both ceremonies are on Olvey Field.
No one will be allowed to park or drop off passengers on Gen. Stewart Way. All vehicles must enter the parking lot from Bradwell Street. The drive from Gen. Stewart will be for exit only.
Please assist in making graduation a pleasant experience and reducing time during the security checks by remembering that, as usual, noise makers, alcohol, weapons, coolers, food, balloons, and distracting items, such as beach balls, are not allowed in the stadium. All bags are subject to search. No smoking is allowed.
LCHS's guests will sit on the home side of the stadium and, because of the size of the audience, BI's guests will sit on both sides. Gates 2 and 4 will be closed for Liberty High's graduation.
Handicapped seating is available on the field for individuals and one companion guest. To be eligible for handicapped seating, you must get a school permit. Those requesting handicapped seating should enter at gate 3, near the flagpole. Gates 2 and 3 will close 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Arrive early in order to be seated, as no seating on the field will be allowed after the ceremonies begin.
If it rains, graduations will be moved to the gym of the high school that is affected. Each graduate has received tickets to be used in case of inclement weather and, due to space limitations, only those possessing tickets will be allowed admission to the gym.
