SAVANNAH - Did you know more than one-third of all Savannah State University students are adult learners? To meet the needs of this sizeable population, SSU will host a free workshop for adults interested in continuing or enhancing their education at the undergraduate or graduate level at 7 p.m. June 25, 2008 in the ballroom of the King-Frazier Student Center located on the SSU campus.
This workshop, "College Opportunities for the Adult Learner," is held periodically during the academic year for adults who are contemplating a return to college or enrolling for the first time. Faculty and staff will be present to discuss admission requirements, financial aid and the availability of academic programs. Childcare will be available during the session.
