Free fitness program to start Friday

Liberty County residents are invited to the First Friday 5K Fun Run/Walk, a Liberty Proud and Healthy committee initiative.
This free, monthly event will kick-off at 6:30 p.m. Friday at James Brown Park, on 800 Tupelo Trail in Hinesville.
The Liberty Proud and Healthy committee encourages people to come out for a chance to win door prizes and to participate in this family-friendly event every first Friday of the month. Registration begins at 6 p.m. at the Shuman Recreation Center.
