TJ Maxx will be doing interviews and taking applications Jan. 25-26, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the La Quinta Inn and Suites, for its new store in the Oglethorpe Square Shopping Center.

The shopping center is scheduled to open in March.

Hobby Lobby will also have a local hiring event in February. The date is to be announced.

Other stores in the shopping center include PetSmart, ULTA, Aspen Dental, Chick-Fil-A, Dick’s Sporting Goods,Hobby Lobby, T-Mobile, Jersey Mike's Subs, Wayback Burgers, Starbucks, Barberitos, LongHorn Steak House, Panda Express and Great Clips.
