Midway, Flemington adopt mask orders

Following the path set forth by the City of Hinesville, the City of Midway and Flemington have now adopted mask orders within their respective city limits.

 On Monday night, the Mayor and City Council of the city of Midway approved the Emergency Order requiring that face coverings or masks be worn in public in the City of Midway during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. This order will stay in effect until rescinded or until the Governor's Public Health Emergency expires on August 11, whichever comes first.

The City of Flemington City Council unanimously passed an Emergency Order Tuesday night requiring the wearing of face masks due to COVID-19’s rapid reach.  The Order is effective immediately.
