Hinesville firefighters extinguished a vehicle fire that tied up traffic on Highway 84 in front of Liberty County High School on Wednesday.

The car was half consumed in flames when firefighters arrived on the scene.

Traffic headed into Hinesville from the east was slowed by 10-15 minutes.
