Savannah media are reporting about a fatal wreck on Highway 196, near Flowers Road in Long County.

Two television stations say the Georgia State Patrol is reporting the accident happened about 1 p.m., when a driver in a small pickup veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a car.

The reports have not been independently verified.
