Justin Deon Gordon pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter

A murder suspect entered a plea of guilty of manslaughter that resulted in the stabbing death of Davis Williams Jr., in January 2013.

The plea agreement was reached May 20 in the courtroom of Liberty County Superior Court Judge D. Jay Stewart.

The suspect, Justin Deon Gordon, was sentenced to 15 years in prison, followed by five years of probation.

Gordon brutally stabbed Williams multiple times in the back as he and other guests were leaving a birthday party held at Ernest and Corine's Park on Lewis Frasier Road in Midway.
