Liberty County commissioners heard a proposal Thursday night from recreation department Director Jimmy Martin on raising fees for activities and pavilion rentals. Commissioners shared their input as well and asked that Martin come back before the board in June with a revised proposal that reflected new suggestions for the fee changes.
