Long County will only take take the field on for some week 2 prep football.
The Blue Tide will play their home opener when the Blue Tide welcomes the Bacon County Raiders to Ludowici.
Both teams are coming off losses from week 1.
The Blue Tide fell at Berrien 34-6 while the Raiders fell at Atkinson County 34-14.

This will be a non-region contest and will kick off at 7:30 on Aug. 27 at Long County.
The headline battle of crosstown rivals Liberty County Panthers (0-1) and Bradwell Institute Tigers (0-1) on Aug. 27 is cancelled due to COVID-19 trends in the Liberty County School System.
Classes are now moved to virtual along with sports being suspended until at least Sept. 10.
Both teams were coming off losses in their season openers.
The Panthers were defeated at Baldwin 42-6 last week.
The Tigers played at home but were defeated 35-10 by the visiting Westside-Macon.
In recent years, the Panthers have had their way with the Tigers, even defeating them twice in a shortened season in 2020 and not losing to them since 2017.
The non-region battle for Hinesville was originally scheduled to kick off at 7:30 at Donell Woods Stadium on Friday.
Both teams are working to reschedule their games.
