Sign up for football, cheerleading, soccer

The Department of the Army Child Youth and School Services will have tackle football, cheerleading and fall soccer registration June 29-Aug. 10, or until all slots are filled. Register at the Fort Stewart CYSS, building 443, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, or 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday.
Football is open to ages 7-13. Fee is $60. Cheerleading is open to ages 6-13. Fee is $30. Soccer is open to ages 4-13. Fee is $30.
The fee is waived if one or more parents are deployed.  The fee is waived for the first child and there is a 10 percent discount for each additional child of volunteer coaches.

St. James camp

Registration is under way for St. James summer day camp. Registration is from 2-7 p.m. and the fee is $50 per week. The camp hours are 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday- Friday.
Activities for ages 5-13 include swimming, bowling, skating, arts and crafts, basketball and field trips to Splash-n-The Boro and Chuck E Cheese. For more information, call Ernie Walthour at 884-3016 or 980-4559.
