Former NBA, Harlem Globetrotters expected at BI Golf Tournament

Former NBA star Kwame Brown and former Harlem Globetrotters Gator Rivers and Tyrone Hollywood Brown will be at Saturday's Tiger basketball fundraiser golf tournament benefitting the Bradwell Institute's boys' basketball team. The tournament was organized by the Tigers head coach Ty Randolph who was also a former Harlem Globetrotter.  There is still time to register.

The First Tiger basketball fundraiser golf tournament will be held at Cherokee Rose Country Club June 19. The four-man scramble costs $60 per person or $240 per team. Registration is from 12:30 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. Lunch will be provided at 12:45 p.m. with a shot gun starts at 2 p.m. Hole Sponsorships available for $50. This tournament is to help fund the BI Tigers boys’ basketball team. To register call 912-306-9814. Prizes will be awarded.
